  بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ، فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، بِمَا  تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ

  O Allah, you have made my spirit, and You will end its life, so You have a place for its life and demise.
